Office hours:

Monday to Thursday  7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

There is no physician in the office on Wednesdays.

The office is closed on Fridays to enable us to do pain procedures in surgery centers and hospitals within the Metroplex.

We accept most insurances such as Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Medicare, United Healthcare and others.

We are not a participating provider for  Workers' Compensation System, Humana, Medicaid and Medicare HMO (e.g. Secure Horizons).

Payment options: We accept cash, personal checks, Visa and MasterCard.

Full payment of the total billed amount at time of visit will receive a 15% discount (excluding deductible) .

Location:

Pain Specialists of Texas is now located in the Broad Park Medical Plaza in Mansfield.

The address is 1759 Broad Park Circle South, Suite 101, Mansfield, TX 76063.

As this building is very new some mapping programs may show a wrong location.

Driving directions:

1. From Mid-Cities driving South on SH-360: drive South towards Mansfield. Take a right turn into Broad Street. Drive past Methodist Hospital (which will be on your left side) and the big Baptist church. We are located about 1 mile past Methodist  Hospital on the left side of the road in the Broad Park Medical Plaza. Take a left on Regency (ABC Bank is just at the corner of Broad and Regency) and then the second left into Broad Park Circle South. We are located just across Premier Women's Center.

2. Coming from Highway 287 North (from Midlothian, Waxahachie) take a right turn at Broad Street. After a half mile you will see the sign "Next Street Regency Parkway". Take that right turn and then again the second left turn into Broad Park Circle South.

3. Coming from Highway 287 South (from Arlington) take a left turn into Broad Street. After a half mile you will see the sign "Next Street Regency Parkway". Take that right turn and then again the second left turn into Broad Park Circle South.
