Office hours:

Monday to Thursday  7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

There is no physician in the office on Wednesdays.

The office is closed on Fridays to enable us to do pain procedures in surgery centers and hospitals within the Metroplex.

We accept most insurances such as Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Medicare, United Healthcare and others.

We are not a participating provider for  Workers' Compensation System, Humana, Medicaid and Medicare HMO (e.g. Secure Horizons).

Payment options: We accept cash, personal checks, Visa and MasterCard.

Full payment of the total billed amount at time of visit will receive a 15% discount (excluding deductible) .

Location:

Pain Specialists of Texas is located in the Baylor Health Center at Lake Ridge.

The address is 4927 Lake Ridge Parkway, Grand Prairie, TX 75052-3071.

As this building is very new, many mapping programs (Google, Yahoo, Microsoft Live) show a wrong location.

Driving directions:

1. From Mid-Cities driving South on SH-360: drive South past the I-20 interchange and take a Left at the second stop light (Camp Wisdom Road).
    After crossing SH-360, continue on Camp Wisdom Road for another 1/2 mile and then take another Left at the next stop light (Lake Ridge Parkway).
    You will see the Baylor Health Center about a quarter mile ahead on the Left side.

2. From I-20: take exit Great Southwestern Parkway South (towards Joe Pool Lake). After a mile take a Right into Lake Ridge Parkway. Take the very next Right into the Baylor Health Center.
