We just moved to our new office in Mansfield.
We do not have a sign at the new office. We are located just across Premier Women's Center.

The office will be closed from Wednesday 2/23/2011 until we reopen on Monday 4/11/2011.
If you happen to lose your medication or run out early please contact your primary care physician or go to the next urgent care/walk-in clinic. In case of an emergency do not hesitate to call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. 

We are now accepting new patients only if they have been referred by their primary care physician or their specialist physician.

If you find us on your own, please ask any of your physicians for a referral. We need at minimum the last office visit note and reports from any available imaging studies (X-ray, CT scan, MRI).

As of July 2009 we are not accepting any new Aetna Medicare patients. We are still in-network for regular Medicare patients.

We also started to upload information about procedures, starting with epidural steroid injections and facet joint injections.

We will add further information from pain syndromes to procedures in the near future.
